Ethiopia

A bag of whole beans ethically sourced from the renowned Kochere district in southern Ethiopia. Yeast is added to the fermentation process to allow more control over the final flavor, making this a unique option to try out experimentally processed beans. With crisp acidity and a clean, tea-like body, these make a great cup of delicate espresso and will only be sold as a light or medium roast. Available in limited quanities.
