Who we are
Our roasting journey began with no pretense, we just wanted to see if we could actually roast a batch of beans. We quickly realized that we preferred our roasted beans to other local and national options. So began an ultra-small-scale roasting operation in our home kitchen in Grand Rapids (at house number 1552 for those wondering).
This small business blossomed, allowing us to share our coffee with you. We still roast made-to-order small batches of beans right here in Grand Rapids, where you can find us enjoying our time as parents with hot lattes in hand.
All of our beans are single origin and ethically sourced as we prioritize the livelihood of the coffee farmers in Central and South America where we source our beans.
