A bag of whole beans ethically sourced from the small town of Cubulco in the heart of Guatemala. Grown on volcanic soil in higher altitudes, the fruit of these beans ripened slowly, producing sweeter, denser, high-quality green beans with medium body and acidity. These are great for espresso, drip coffee, french press, and pour-over.
